Digital Service Delivery
All services provided by Astral Legacy are digital products and will be delivered electronically to the email address you provide at the time of purchase. We do not ship any physical items.
Delivery Timeframe
Our personalized readings, portraits, and reports require time and focused energy from our practitioners. The standard delivery timeframe is 3-5 business days from the date of your order confirmation.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on a weekend will be considered as placed on the next business day.
What You Will Receive
You will receive an email containing your completed service, typically in the form of a PDF file for reports or a high-resolution image file (PNG/JPG) for portraits and other visual services.
If You Haven't Received Your Order
If 5 business days have passed and you have not received your order, please take the following steps:
- Check Your Spam/Junk Folder: Sometimes, emails with attachments can be automatically filtered. Please thoroughly check your spam or junk mail folder.
- Confirm Your Email Address: Double-check the order confirmation email to ensure the email address you provided was correct.
